3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Payment Terms

Subscription and Billing

Our Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at blueberry-analytics@outlook.pt.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months after the 14-day guarantee period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the payment. If payment cannot be successfully processed, access to your dashboard will be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to our Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data. Your Data is stored securely and is used solely to provide you with our Service.

Our Dashboards and Visuals

The dashboards, visualizations, templates, and analytics tools we create remain the intellectual property of blueberry. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these dashboards for your business purposes while your subscription is active.

License to Use Your Data

By uploading Your Data, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload data that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

7. Service Availability

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service:

• For non-payment of subscription fees
• For violation of these Terms

Effect of Termination

Upon termination or cancellation of your account, your access to the Service will cease. Your Data will be retained for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request an export of Your Data during this 30-day period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
