Data & Files

What file formats do you support?
Excel files (.xlsx, .xlsm) and CSV files. Files can be up to 100MB, with smaller limits per plan.
What kind of spreadsheet works best?
A simple table — one row of headers at the top, one record per row underneath. No merged cells, no calendar layouts. If your file isn't in a shape we can use, we'll tell you what to fix before you try again.
Can I upload multiple files to the same dashboard?
Yes. Upload next month's file and choose Add — the new rows stack onto your existing dashboard, so it grows over time. Or choose Replace to swap in a fresh version. New columns can come along either way.
What happens when I upload next month's file?
Choose Add and the new rows join your dashboard — same setup, more data — and the agent writes you a plain-language summary of what moved since last time (it can even use notes you've left to explain why). Prefer a clean slate? Choose Replace to start fresh.
What happens to my raw files after upload?
Your active uploaded files are kept while they power your dashboard. If you remove a file, we delete it from storage, rebuild your dashboard from the remaining files, and keep only a history record for billing and audit purposes.

How does blueberry. know what my data means?
blueberry. opens your file in a private, isolated workspace and investigates the whole thing — reading every column, checking the values, and working out what's a date, what's money, what's a category, and which numbers are worth watching. It cleans up what it can and only stops to ask when something is genuinely ambiguous.
Can I trust the numbers?
Yes — and it's structural, not just a promise. Every chart and KPI value is computed by a deterministic query engine straight from your rows. blueberry. decides which questions to ask and how to lay things out, but it never types a number into a chart. Written summaries are its own words, grounded on those computed figures — so the visuals you act on are always real math.
What if blueberry. gets something wrong?
It happens — but it's cheap to catch. blueberry. decides what to show; the numbers themselves are computed by code from your real rows, so a bad call surfaces as a figure you can check rather than an invented one. It flags shaky guesses and data-quality issues, and you fix anything by telling it in plain language.
What can I ask the agent?
Anything about your data — 'why did March dip?', 'top 10 customers by revenue', 'compare regions', 'show me repeat buyers'. It answers with a computed chart or number, runs a Python analysis for questions a chart can't express, and can edit the dashboard while it's at it. If a request is genuinely ambiguous, it asks a quick question instead of guessing.
Does it clean messy values?
Within reason, yes. We handle mixed date formats, currency symbols, regional number formats (commas vs. dots), blanks, and duplicate rows. If your file is structurally messy (calendar layouts, merged cells), we'll ask you to reorganize it first.

Dashboard & Analytics

What dashboards will I get?
Your dashboard is built from the actual columns in your file. You'll get summary numbers, trends over time, category breakdowns, filters, and a cleaned-up table of your data.
Can I change my dashboard after it's built?
Yes — just tell it. Hide, move, resize, rename, recolour, change a chart's type, even add a new metric. Edits stream in live as you watch, and undo is one click. No file re-upload, no settings to hunt for.
Can I export my data?
Yes — you can download your cleaned data as a CSV on any plan, Free included. You can also download the dashboard itself as a PDF snapshot from the Share menu, with whatever filters you have applied.
What KPIs will I get?
The agent proposes them from your actual columns — totals, averages, growth rates, counts, medians, top performers, shares. You get a sensible set out of the box, then reshape it conversationally: 'add repeat-customer rate', 'break revenue down by region', 'drop that one'.

Security & Privacy

Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Each customer gets their own separate, locked-down space. Only you can see your data.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your dashboards are built and answered by a trusted AI provider under terms that forbid using your data to train models — and your data is never sold. Your files are stored in the EU, and only what's needed for each answer is shared with the provider.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Your data is stored in the EU and we operate in line with GDPR. During AI analysis, limited samples of your data may be processed outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards. The Privacy Policy has the legal details.

Your plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage, metered by real cost and always shown as a percentage of your monthly usage. A quick question uses a sliver; building a dashboard from a file uses more — and you only spend on real work. Paid plans simply give you more room: Pro includes 3.3× the Free usage, Max 5×.
What if I have complex data needs?
